Man in Wheelchair Hit by SUV in Dallas, Texas
A man in a wheelchair was hit and killed by an SUV on Sunday at the intersection of Pemberton Hill Road and Loop 12. The fatal pedestrian accident occurred around 10:30 p.m. The man was in a motorized wheelchair and thought to be homeless.
The man was pronounced dead at Baylor Medical Center. His name has not been released. The Dallas Police Department said that no charges are expected to be filed.
The SUV was driven by a 21-year-old, whose name has not been released. He did stop after the accident occurred.
